Musicology: Spanish Coritos and Cultural Issues: a Trexler Study of Interviews and Visits in 1989

I restored this study from 5 1/4 inch floppy drives from 1989. It took me a good while, but I think that the issues dealt with in this study make it well worth it. I visited and interviewed a number of organists and musicians, mostly from Lutheran Churches in New York and in Puerto Rica to ask them if they sang coritos, why or why not. Many important cultural and religious issues emerged that still need more attention today. Many Spanish language resources are also listed as well as the different genres of music that find expression in Spanish music, as well as a list of Spanish instruments: Spanish Coritos: a Study of Interviews and Visits in 1989.
